i got a little bit ahead of myself last night while watching so you think you can dance (guilt summer pleasure). see, i already knit our girls each a pinwheel blanket - using koigu, no less - and so around and around i went, thinking nothing of it. until i noticed anny's pictures with a garter stitch detail. uh-oh is right. so i read the pattern and here's what happened:
