Advice please!
How, oh how can I choose my colours? I'm at a loss. I've saved the colours I'm considering onto my computer (only 21 to choose from!) and I'm trying different combinations of seven in Word. The only thing is is that it really seems to affect the appearance of the colours. One friend suggested that I use all greens but I plan to use the recommended yarn and I'm not taken with the greens that are available. I would like to use all autumn colours...so maybe goldenrod going into oranges, into a burgandy edge, maybe with a green thrown in but the colours don't look as good in my Word file. Any suggestions?

Do you have a color wheel? Sometimes I use one of those & pick out a combination it gives me on the wheel & I know they will go well together. Bring it to the store to pick out your yarn in person. Are you using 7 colors like in the pattern or maybe you want to consider a varigated yarn like some others are using? Or a combo of one varigated you like and using solids from that skein also. Or even pick the color combination from a quilt that you like. I purchased my yarn from KnitPicks ... the Wool of the Andes and I picked similar colors as to the pattern, but from what was offered from the wool I was picking from.
You could pick the colour you like best for the sleeves and then you have 3 colours to choose each way of that colour. think of it that way that might help.
